Nitrogen Generator for Laser Cutting Machine

Our nitrogen generators produce pure nitrogen gas from compressed air. The compressor air is cleaned by keeping the moisture, oil vapor, dust particles and hydrocarbons in the compressed air by means of the dryer, filters and activated carbon tower located on the line.

The fresh air passed through the filters is directed to the CMS material inside the nitrogen generator tanks. As the air passes through the CMS material, the oxygen, argon and carbon dioxide molecules are retained by the CMS material, and the dew point of the air is lowered. Thus, clean, dry and high-purity nitrogen gas is produced. Jul.

The nitrogen gas produced is stored in nitrogen stock tanks. High-pressure nitrogen compressors absorb nitrogen from the nitrogen tank and fill it into the tube manifolds at a pressure of 230barg. Depending on the type and number of laser cutting machines, the number of nitrogen cylinder manifolds can be increased. Thanks to the increased number of nitrogen cylinder manifolds, the system works smoothly even with the highest consumption of nitrogen gas.

The nitrogen gas purity, pressure, flow rate and compressor air temperature, pressure, dew point values are continuously displayed on the nitrogen generator touch control panel.
